All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Coastal Wave Marine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, port congestion, customs authorities, regulatory inspections, weather conditions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
No returns are accepted without prior written authorization.
7. Warranty
